Get your summer body with teachers who will show no attitude and explain poses as many times as you like. Their studio is brimming with natural sunlight, plants, and candles. Once per week, they invite a live musician to play while you stretch and donation-based classes are available multiple times per week. They are open for in-person classes twice per week, but offer outdoor and Zoom classes to anyone isn’t comfortable with in-person classes just yet.
